“If you're debating, don't hesitate to book Seaside in Key Colony. I'm so glad we did. First off, this place is clean- no weird smells or mildew, very fresh. Very spacious (we were a part of 3) with everything we needed. The property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of privacy. The little heated pool out back was super convenient and a perfect way to cool off after laying out in the sun. Kayaks were available the week of our stay and came in handy when wanting to explore the canals- the highlight was seeing the manatees swimming right off our dock...another perk of being on the canal was my husband was able to do a little fishing. Comfortable mattresses, ample closet space & storage in both bedrooms with 3 large flat screen TVs. Washer & dryer came in handy. We liked staying in Key Colony/Marathon area due to the fact you could easily drive to Key west or Islamorada. Plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby. Very Safe area, lots of people walking & riding bikes. A+”

“Well stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space with lots of seating. Loved the pool and the large shade umbrella was a bonus. Even spotted a manatee in the canal one evening.”

“Nice location and beautiful outdoor space, but the unit did not appear to be cleaned well with crumbs and water spots on the surfaces. The floor was also sandy and crumb-laden upon arrival. Not what one would expect for the price.”
