“The place was nice and in a great area. But I had a hard time having to speak to someone as the lady in the office was not picking up the phone. They did not leave any toilet paper other than the little roll that was left over from who knows when in both bathrooms nor paper towels. When I went to the office the lady wasn’t doing anything other than jamming to Styx music but we had been calling and calling and she never picked up the phone so when I mentioned that she said laughing can you see how busy I am. But she was doing nothing. Then we got to the condo and turns out the 2 parking passes that were supposed to be there; weren’t there. There was only 1 in the condo. So as I drove back to their office, I found out she decided to leave early, turn off the lights and close the office. The doors were locked. Thankfully when I got back to the building a lady from a different office who manages other apts. on the same building who does not work for this company, gave me the parking pass.”

“We enjoyed a peaceful week on spring break at this property. It was just far enough away from the action of FMB to be peaceful, but just close enough to make getting to the action simple. We rented bikes that made getting around easy. The place was as described in the descriptions and was well appointed. I would not be hesitant to rent this property again (if we didn't always get a new/different place.)”

“Amazing place! Three beach chairs were available in addition to four beach towels and a couple of small coolers. The ocean front view was amazing but to get to the shore line you had to walk at least a football field. The red tide was occurring so the shoreline was full of it. Could not see sunset from our unit.”
