“We enjoyed a peaceful week on spring break at this property. It was just far enough away from the action of FMB to be peaceful, but just close enough to make getting to the action simple. We rented bikes that made getting around easy. The place was as described in the descriptions and was well appointed. I would not be hesitant to rent this property again (if we didn't always get a new/different place.)”

“Amazing place! Three beach chairs were available in addition to four beach towels and a couple of small coolers. The ocean front view was amazing but to get to the shore line you had to walk at least a football field. The red tide was occurring so the shoreline was full of it. Could not see sunset from our unit.”

“This gentrified home was perfection! We have rented through airbnb previously in this neighborhood and love the atmosphere. The only downside to this home is that it did not have a King size bed. All the bedrooms are large and could easily accommodate a King bed. We are tall people, not obese at all, and prefer a King or California Size bed. My husband, 6'2" had to sleep diaganolly, thus ending up on my right shoulder with his feet hanging off the right side of the bed. I am 5'7". I would move to the second bedroom on the other side of the house to be able to sleep the rest of the night.”

“This location was fantastic and the access to the beach was perfect. Given the fact the island is in rebuild mode from hurricane Ian, you would never know that based on all the amenities, cleanliness, and all around wonderful stay we had at the property.”

“Beautiful condo and beach. It would have been helpful to know there would be construction with workers outside our windows, very loud, especially the first half of the visit. Otherwise great games, books, beach gear in condo. Great location!”

“Great place to stay right on the water! Pool was excellent addition! Big enough for the whole family of 7. Games galore… utensils galore….i had everything I needed - once I got inside the condo.”

“I would not recommend this apartment for short-term rentals. Upon arrival, it was clear that the unit had not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests. The carpets were dirty, the countertops had oil residue, and the stove had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Even worse, the refrigerator still contained leftover items from the last occupants. The towels provided had visible stains, and some bedroom drawers even had women’s garments left inside. The unit was cluttered with an excessive amount of personal items, making it feel more like someone’s unattended home rather than a rental. Overall, it was not a comfortable or well-maintained space, and I would not stay here again. The two things that we enjoyable were the view and the lanai....The island itself was terrible driving off and on because of hour long traffic.”
