Kalos Dwellings reviews in Florida

“This house was the perfect place for our fall break with 7 kiddos. The beach was not crowded, the walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the house had plenty of space. The hosts were so accommodating and quick to answer all of our questions. We will be back!”

“We loved both Villa Bianca and Kalos Dwellings. Having traveled to the area and stayed in many other homes the last few years, this is the first time we’ve said we would return to the same home, and/or another home managed by Kalos Dwellings. The entire process, from booking to checkout, was seamless, with zero issues. Villa Bianca was beautiful, convenient, clean and great for our family’s needs. Kalos Dwellings was the very best property maintenance company. They were proactive and responsive in communications, and despite the incoming hurricane, made the entire process easy. Overall excellent holiday for us! Hope to return again soon!”

“This place was very nice and had everything we needed. The restaurants were all so good. We recommend Bayou Bills or Shunk Gulleys! The hosts were very helpful and answered all of our questions!”

“We rented this house for an extended family beach trip, and it exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of space for everyone to gather in the open 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living area to prepare and enjoy meals and family time. Access to the beach was easy from the pool/deck area. The elevator made it easy to unload and load and was very helpful for our less mobile parents. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and there was ample closet space for clothing. The included bonfire, 1 beach umbrella/2 chairs set up each day by the beach attendant, beach towels, and the extra beach chairs/umbrella were all a very nice and welcomed touch. The hosts were the most responsive I have ever encountered when renting a vacation home! We would 100% rent this house again and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place for a large group to gather and have fun!”

“The owner was very nice the few times we saw him. We really didn’t need anything at all! The place was pristine and we enjoyed our trip there!”
