“Overall a good stay. Easy check in, and communicative host. I like other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, there was absolutely nothing in the way of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc.”

“Excelente lugar, muy cerca de los parques de Disney y Universal. Lo único q no me gustó es q tenía muy restringido cosas básicas para la higiene y muchos letreros de multas q pueden imtimidar al cliente. De ahí en fuera, excelente. Tiene el plus de un área de piscinas comunales muy buenas!”

“Clean but a few issues affected my overall experience. The bedroom had only one electrical outlet, I needed an extension cord to utilize my CPAP machine, phone, etc. The shower had virtually no water pressure, the old shower knobs were flaking. The grab bar inside the shower were rusty. The property is an older quad-style home sound traveled between units. When other residents entered through the back entrance, it sounded as though they were coming directly into my unit. Footsteps from upstair units after 12AM. This ground floor unit needs better window coverings in the bedroom for privacy. Owners use a 3rd-party concierge service & before I could receive the entry code, I was required to pay a damage deposit that was not listed in the Airbnb information. Overall adequate for the short time I stayed & I appreciated the cleanliness & responsive concierge service. Given the issues with the shower, outlet, noise, privacy and unexpected damage deposit not sure I would book again.”

“The home itself is beautiful and the modifications are seriously impressive. I really wanted to be able to give this house 5 stars but there are some shortcomings that really do need attention. There are no toilet paper roll holders in any of the bathrooms in the house. There are also no towel racks in any of the bathrooms. No non-breakable dishes. No hand soap in any bathroom nor the kitchen aside from the individually wrapped soap bars which definitely did not feel sufficient for germ-killing, considering most families I imagine are staying here while they bathe themselves in the petri-dishes of Disney parks. They supplied only one roll of paper towels, only one additional trash bag, one tablet of dishwasher detergent and one laundry detergent pod. The house rules state that all trash must be bagged and if not you run the risk of a $500 fine - okay, then provide more than one extra trash bag. Renters should not be expected to purchase these items for a short term vacation.”
