JC Vacation's guest rating in Florida of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “To be honest, I was somewhat underwhelmed when I went in. The property just looks a little tired and in need of an update. BUT don’t let this put you off, open the blinds, let some light in and relax. Everything is clean, everything is comfortable, everything works. The pool is large, well maintained and great for swimming. The neighbourhood is quiet and the golf course is excellent. We played almost everyday and were made very welcome. I would definitely recommend.”
