JC Vacation
4.72Visit website
JC Vacation's guest rating of 4.72 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great place to vacation!, kids loved the private pool and game room. Convenient location close to Disney but also not in the middle of all the traffic.”airbnb

“Upon entering, the front door was brown with dirt. Baseboards and walls were very dirty. The entire place was grubby. The stairs' edges were screwed down in random spots but were still wiggly and loose. We found used fake eyelashes on the trundle bed. Dirt and filth covered the bed railings and headboards. Drawers had sticky gunk in them. The rugs not only need deep cleaned but hardly looked swept. There was still a dirty spoon sticking out of the sink drain. It looked like blood on one of walls and the stair railing. We reached out to JC Vacations and were told this was all normal wear and tear We were told to not sleep in the trundle with eyelashes. We explained we were not sleeping here with our children and asked for a resolution. JC Vacations completely stopped responding. AirBnb agreed with us on the state of the home. We received a full refund and left. JC Vacations refused to speak with us on the phone and was completely unprofessional.”airbnb

“Jc vacation was a great host and easy to deal with. The house is pretty dated and can use updating. The upstairs master bedroom and some of the other beds were very creaky and the sheets were very worn out. The downstairs master bedroom was comfortable. We stayed with a big group for a long vacation and the downstairs felt pretty tight. The pool area was excellent. Plenty of space to sit in or out of the sun. The hot tub was great and the pool was a nice size. Overall I don’t think I would stay there again but I had a nice time”airbnb

“We had a great stay overall and would rate this property 4 stars. The house itself was very spacious and clean, which made it comfortable for our group. The kitchen was especially well-equipped—it truly had everything you might need and more, which we really appreciated. The main reason we’re not giving 5 stars comes down to transparency and communication around the AC. There is a rule that if the temperature is set below 72°F and the system freezes, there’s a $200 charge. This wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, and it did impact our stay. The first night, the house didn’t get cool enough, and we were all pretty uncomfortable. When we reached out to the property manager, we were told to make sure all windows were closed (they already were), and the concern about the temperature setting and potential fee was reiterated, which felt a bit dismissive rather than helpful. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and haven’t encountered a restriction like this before & this should've been communicated”airbnb

“The setup of this house and the location are great, it is ideal for two families. Unfortunately, the house needs regular maintenance, including outdated appliances that didn’t always work. The pool area had excess debris from the screen structure not being maintained.”airbnb

“We rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience at this property was very disappointing. We checked in after a long journey expecting a clean and safe base for our family, but quickly found serious issues. The front door could not be properly secured from the inside, and the rear patio doors would not lock at all. This left the property feeling unsafe, particularly with young children. Cleanliness was also well below standard, with visible dust, cobwebs and dirty floors. The outdoor area was also poorly maintained and extremely dirty. The host acknowledged cleaning was needed, but they couldn't fit it in between bookings due our stay falling on a busy period!! It was somewhat frustrating to learn that our issues raised were known by the property owner. We did not feel comfortable staying and checked out after one night. Overall, very disappointing and not as described.”airbnb

“The house was big and a lot of fun. My daughter especially loved trying on all of the princess costumes. We were not aware when we booked that we had to pay to have the pool heated however, and would have to pay for each day we were there even if we only wanted to use it one or two days. It also had limited supplies such as toilet paper, cooking spices, and paper towels. We would expect a a bit more for the price we paid. If you dont mind this then it was good.”airbnb
