“Large property with nice views. Plenty of outdoor space, but some areas felt a bit too cluttered and would not describe backyard as a Herbalist Farm. Well groomed landscape, but no herbal garden. Large open kitchen with a big table - great for family meals and games. Lots of bedroom space, but closets have dressers placed inside making hanging clothes a bit awkward. Nicely updated master bath with walk-in shower. Location of home is on a dangerous curve and difficult to see exiting at times. (During our 4-week stay, we witnessed two cars that had gone off the road, into the deep ditches.) Nice to have access to a washer and dryer during our stay. But the bulb in the laundry room was out when we arrived. The maintenance person who came to check on another issue said he could not change the bulb without a ladder. So, we ended up doing it ourselves by standing on a chair. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to not do it ourselves.”

“we loved the house and the kids really enjoyed the pool! it has everything you need , and lots of restaurants near by and it's only 10 mins from the naval station mayport. The host reached out multiple times just to make sure everything was good. overall a fantastic experience!!!”
