“Place was easy to find. Good parking in the driveway. Impossible to enjoy the outdoor space due to neighbors dog non stop barking. The unit had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. The bed was not made.. I had to put the sheets on. Trash had not been emptied. The owner/ property manager was extremely responsive.”

“This was one of the most unprofessional companies I've encountered. My husband and I travel globally for work and prefer direct communication with property owners to handle issues, which we faced multiple times during our stay; not being in direct communication with the owners means you will only get a reply during the property companies working hours, which happened to us twice & resulted in us being late to work. Despite the condo being ready, they wanted to charge us a fee for an early check-in. On checkout day, a company worker was in the parking lot at 9:59 AM and refused to identify himself as such. We were very confused with him as we had to leave the condo unlocked due to the door lock installed having malfunctions, we wanted to make sure he was with the company so we knew the house was safe when we left. The lack of customer service was disappointing, and I hope they learn from this experience and improve.”
