“The place was perfect for our couples trip! Location was walkable to so many things and only a short drive to everything else. Place was beautiful and the coffee shop below was amazing! If you're looking to be close to it all this is it!”

“The home was immaculate and filled with natural light! We are not golfers but the location between Jacksonville and Saint Augustine was perfect for us to visit our grand daughter and also Saint Augustine for fun! The pool and tiki hut grill were perfect 🤩 The only small hiccup was a wobbly master bedroom ceiling fan that maintenance never addressed.”

“The location was exactly what we were looking for. Having two parking spaces was a great bonus, and it was an easy walk to downtown. The place itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, and our group of 40-year-olds struggled to get a good night's sleep. The mattresses were lumpy and could use replacing.”

“Outside of exterior Lack of maintenance on the deck, lights being out around the pool, and spiders the size of lemons inside the home due to overgrown hedges. its a nice place. I wasn't impressed with the fact that Beach access was not as I was understanding for it made it difficult for my mom. I will honestly say that I wont stay at this location again and I am always honest with future guests.”

“First we didn't get out check in instructions until we were actually there. Once there I received a phone call saying I had to close me to a different location to get the keys AC didn't work well. Open electric wires at bottom of stairs. Temporary spotlight blinded you coming up stairs. Had the drive to get to pool which was not known. Was not beachside as advertised. Not advertised on second floor. Had two pools and restaurant right across street you couldn't use. Beach was not private access as advertised. Had to deliver keys off site at check out”

“We had a nice stay at this condo, even though it was the most minimally provisioned place we have ever rented. Not even salt/pepper or cooking oil was provided which was listed in the description. We did have to wash some of the kitchen cups/pans before using, as some of them were dirty. All of the rooms and kitchen appliances were clean. The bath towels and linens were provided and plentiful. Also, no beach chairs or beach towels were provided. With those small complaints, overall, we enjoyed the home and its tastefully decorated space inside. The house was comfortable and the patio room was nice to sit and have coffee or lunch and watch the golfers play by. We liked that we could walk over to the beach for a walk. We could walk around the residential area, but we were not welcome to use the private club rec amenities. We drove to several nearby restaurants. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed our stay, although we probably would not rent this property again.”

“The property was under furnished, no gas grill or outside area set up. No screens for air flow, partially furnished kitchen with dollar store type of dishware, dirty ventilation in kitchen and ac, grimy floors, no rugs, decrepit entry rug, and no response to request for any kind of money back. No apologies from office for the inconvenience as they attempted to add a vacuum and a few basics. We found items left behind in drawers. A partial refund was due. We feel that they took advantage because we had appointments at Mayo Clinic and that we were in no mood to fight them.”
