“The rugs were dirty and stained. The towels were not clean at all. It had public hairs in it. My wife had to go buy us new towels and washcloths. The Mortal Kombat arcade game didn’t work at all. This area is a few blocks from the beach which is the safe side. But where this property is, there’s a lot of construction going on and it’s in a ghetto poor area. I did not feel safe with my $100,000 cars being parked there.”

Upon arrival, we discovered that the adjacent property was undergoing extensive renovations. The construction activities commenced early each morning, significantly disrupting our ability to rest, particularly after a fourteen-hour journey. Another discrepancy concerned the advertised pool and hot tub; access to a heated pool required an additional daily charge of $100. Overall, the amenities provided were none existent. There was not even a dishrag for dishes and the experience did not meet our expectations. The host only relied back with a AI text and never resolved any of my issues with the property. I would not recommend this property or the host.”

“House was clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. Pool was nice although the pavers around it need to be repaired. Inside the house was nice, few things need repairs. Overall good visit but overpriced for the state of the home.”
