Casago South reviews in Jacksonville Beach, Florida

“There were significant issues with our booking, which did not match the listing description provided on Airbnb. Due to these conditions, we were unable to stay and checked out shortly after arrival. Upon arriving, we observed the following issues: Exterior and Entrance: Entrance door & handle were rusted with greenish discoloration. Interior Hygiene: The refrigerator was dirty, the toilet was dirty & tiny insects were emerging from the bathroom sink. View: The bedroom windows facing the ocean were dirty, completely obstructing the view. Amenities: At 3:53 PM (just before the 4:00 PM check-in time), we received a notification that the washing machine was non-functional, they did not give a clear timeline for a replacement. A working washing machine was a primary requirement for our booking. Given these conditions, we contacted Airbnb Customer Support, provided photographic documentation, and vacated the premises within a few hours of check-in. Airbnb has since intervened to assist us.”

“The house and pool were amazing! The walk to the beach wasn’t too far and being able to use their buggy’s to carry all our stuff was a plus and having the beach walkway be a handicap ramp was a bonus. We loved the house and the area, lots of places to eat and lots that deliver. It was way better than expected”

“Condo was exactly as advertised. Fair price. Very clean. Great location right on the beach. Very close to anything you might need.”

“Great place! A couple blocks from the beach and in prime Jax Beach area. Pool is phenomenal, worth staying here simply for the pool!”
