“We inquired about early check-in and were O.K. with the extra cost to check into the property early. We were told we would be able to check in as soon as the property was cleaned. We were on the property waiting to check in for a couple of hours and did not see any cleaning being done on the unit. I inquired again about early check in and was told they were still cleaning the unit which wasn't true. We finally got the door access code at 4:10pm.”

“We head a great time relaxing by the pool and swimming in the creek. No beach but we knew that. Plus, the sargassum issue on the ocean side was oppressive. LBV is on the bay side and there was zero sulfur odor in the air. We made plans to go boating with friends and chartered an excursion to go snorkeling and to the sandbar. Our guide picked us up and dropped us off right at the dock. Rooms were very spacious with 3 en suites and a half bath. Master Bedroom balcony had a very nice view and plenty of privacy. We wish we could have our boat there but there was no dockage available. For those who come with their boat and are able to secure dockage, this place is an absolute home run of a spot. Location is close to best spots on land and sea.”
