“Great place to stay, place looks just like the photos and was clean. Had an issue with WiFi the first day but was fixed the following day. Unit is right beside the condo pool and a quick drive to the main amenity place with lazy river and gym.”

“Overall, the Airbnb was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, communication regarding the Wi-Fi and other questions could have been more timely, and there were quite a few house rules. Getting through the gate was also confusing, with heavy backup entering the resort. We also noticed some maintenance issues, including stained areas, damaged carpet, and a broken drawer that were not disclosed before check-in. While we understood the 10 a.m. checkout policy, it felt a little uncomfortable seeing the host waiting outside right at checkout time. Overall, it's a nice property, but better communication and more transparency about existing issues would improve the guest experience.”
