“Great home to stay in for a big family. The pool was a nice addition for our kids and for entertainment without having to leave the house. The kids also had a lot of fun with the pool table/room. The rooms were spacious, and having five bathrooms was great for a big family. We paid for the use of the BBQ, which was another good addition for grilling and pool time, just wished it was more affordable, but nonetheless, it was great for our stay. The kids had a lot of fun at the small water park that's included with the amenities, at the Champion's Gate Resort, it was perfect for the little ones. We did encounter some problems accessing the home because our key code was not working. We had to call the number provided multiple times, and the wait time was long. Other than that, messaging worked better to communicate with the host. Not related to the property or host, be aware of not leaving anything you don't want to be thrown out near the trash pick up site, because they will pick it up”

“The pictures and listing description need to be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of this “luxury” townhouse. While the home is spacious and a great size for a family getaway, it was not as advertised. The carpets upstairs and in one of the downstairs bedrooms were extremely dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. I understand that many guests come and go, but for the nightly rate, I expected a much cleaner property. The outdoor patio also did not match the listing photos. There was no umbrella, no patio cushions, and several decorative items shown in the pictures—such as throw blankets on the couches and beds—were missing. It gave the impression that the property would look and feel different than it actually did. Upon arrival, I immediately contacted the management company because two of the three bathrooms had not been cleaned properly. They did offer to send someone back to clean, which I appreciated, but by then I just wanted to enjoy my staycation.”

“Overall, the Airbnb was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, communication regarding the Wi-Fi and other questions could have been more timely, and there were quite a few house rules. Getting through the gate was also confusing, with heavy backup entering the resort. We also noticed some maintenance issues, including stained areas, damaged carpet, and a broken drawer that were not disclosed before check-in. While we understood the 10 a.m. checkout policy, it felt a little uncomfortable seeing the host waiting outside right at checkout time. Overall, it's a nice property, but better communication and more transparency about existing issues would improve the guest experience.”

“Other than the broken sofa, bed, one of the many Teleivisons and a few of the lights everything was great pool was great especially when warmed. The house was organized and clean. would rent again after furniture gets repaired or replaced.”

“Beautiful property looks just like the photos and easy access. The only thing I didn’t like is I had to take out my own trash or would’ve been charged a fee. I feel like if you hire cleaners, I shouldn’t have to take out trash since I’m a guest. But other than that everything was perfect.”

“My experience during my stay was great. However, given the beauty of the place, I found the cleaning services to be lacking in quality. There was noticeable dust accumulation on every door, baseboards and ceiling fans. While the place clearly had been clean before my arrival, it did not meet the high standards one would expect. The shower downstairs had not been thoroughly clean, as hair remnants were still present. All light switches were dirty, and the rugs show signs of not being vacuumed as footprints were still visible. The refrigerator handles were dirty. I could feel the residue left behind, when opening the fridge. When sharing with the host what I walked into, their solution was to come during my stay to fix it! When I’m my opinion, it should have been taking care of prior to my arrival! Besides that the beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets were fresh. The pool was enjoyable . I believe with a more thorough cleaning, it would enhance the overall guest experience.”

“The house is spacious, comfortable. It is also conveniently located near the Disney parks. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. Although check-in was at 4:00 PM, we arrived around 8:00 PM after a four-hour drive and found the house still dirty, with unmade beds and trash bins in the bathrooms and kitchen full of waste. It was clear the cleaning had not been done. After contacting the owner, a cleaning team was sent, which forced us to leave the house again for about an hour and a half late at night with three children. This significantly disrupted our plans. While the host apologized, the only consideration offered was complimentary use of the barbecue area, which was not relevant for us given the situation. A more meaningful effort to address the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Additionally, the TV in the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom (the kids’ room) has a large black stripe across the screen that preven nts it from being properly watched.”
