“Grimy sofa. Tears and tape on bar stools. Cruddy caulking around baseboard especially on corners. This holds dirt and crud. Poor caulking around broken things like the towel hanger. Rusty door hinges. Rusty door stop. Breaker tripping constantly shutting off lights. Main pool area closed for hours for no apparent reason. Tiny pool looks bigger in photos. Fridge was not very cold. Uncomfortable beds. Cookie cutter development with zero personality. Excessive pre registration for cars. Very invasive experience.”

“The location was great and the house was beautiful. However, I brought teens and a toddler with me and they had nothing in the house to entertain them. The games in the game room did not turn on. Usually, the host would provide board games or even pool accessories, but there were none. I had to go out and buy pool floats etc. I did like the area, but I would choose a different home with clearer descriptions of amenities if I visited again.”

“We stayed at this townhome for the weekend. The location was great, and the check-in process was easy and convenient, which made our arrival stress-free. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit did not meet our expectations. There was human hair throughout the home, including on the couch, which also appeared to be quite dirty. The white chairs at both the kitchen counter and dining table were noticeably stained and dirty, and the bed frames had visible dirt and dust. There were also crumbs and trash left on the living room floor, and the walls throughout the unit could use a thorough cleaning. The townhome has potential because of its convenient location, but the housekeeping standards need significant improvement. With a much more thorough cleaning between guests, this could be a much better experience. Based on our stay, I would rate this property 2.5 out of 5 stars.”

“Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time. With all of the house rules and expectations for guests, I did expect the property to be in a little better condition upon arrival. The carpet appeared worn and could use a thorough cleaning. The kitchen was missing a few basic essentials, such as salt and pepper. The bedrooms would have felt more comfortable with throw blankets, and the patio furniture was missing cushions. The patio itself could also benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Despite these minor issues, we had a very good stay and appreciated the opportunity to visit. With a few improvements, this property would provide an even better guest experience.”

“Great home to stay in for a big family. The pool was a nice addition for our kids and for entertainment without having to leave the house. The kids also had a lot of fun with the pool table/room. The rooms were spacious, and having five bathrooms was great for a big family. We paid for the use of the BBQ, which was another good addition for grilling and pool time, just wished it was more affordable, but nonetheless, it was great for our stay. The kids had a lot of fun at the small water park that's included with the amenities, at the Champion's Gate Resort, it was perfect for the little ones. We did encounter some problems accessing the home because our key code was not working. We had to call the number provided multiple times, and the wait time was long. Other than that, messaging worked better to communicate with the host. Not related to the property or host, be aware of not leaving anything you don't want to be thrown out near the trash pick up site, because they will pick it up”

“Overall, the Airbnb was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, communication regarding the Wi-Fi and other questions could have been more timely, and there were quite a few house rules. Getting through the gate was also confusing, with heavy backup entering the resort. We also noticed some maintenance issues, including stained areas, damaged carpet, and a broken drawer that were not disclosed before check-in. While we understood the 10 a.m. checkout policy, it felt a little uncomfortable seeing the host waiting outside right at checkout time. Overall, it's a nice property, but better communication and more transparency about existing issues would improve the guest experience.”

“Beautiful property looks just like the photos and easy access. The only thing I didn’t like is I had to take out my own trash or would’ve been charged a fee. I feel like if you hire cleaners, I shouldn’t have to take out trash since I’m a guest. But other than that everything was perfect.”

“My experience during my stay was great. However, given the beauty of the place, I found the cleaning services to be lacking in quality. There was noticeable dust accumulation on every door, baseboards and ceiling fans. While the place clearly had been clean before my arrival, it did not meet the high standards one would expect. The shower downstairs had not been thoroughly clean, as hair remnants were still present. All light switches were dirty, and the rugs show signs of not being vacuumed as footprints were still visible. The refrigerator handles were dirty. I could feel the residue left behind, when opening the fridge. When sharing with the host what I walked into, their solution was to come during my stay to fix it! When I’m my opinion, it should have been taking care of prior to my arrival! Besides that the beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets were fresh. The pool was enjoyable . I believe with a more thorough cleaning, it would enhance the overall guest experience.”

“The house is spacious, comfortable. It is also conveniently located near the Disney parks. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. Although check-in was at 4:00 PM, we arrived around 8:00 PM after a four-hour drive and found the house still dirty, with unmade beds and trash bins in the bathrooms and kitchen full of waste. It was clear the cleaning had not been done. After contacting the owner, a cleaning team was sent, which forced us to leave the house again for about an hour and a half late at night with three children. This significantly disrupted our plans. While the host apologized, the only consideration offered was complimentary use of the barbecue area, which was not relevant for us given the situation. A more meaningful effort to address the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Additionally, the TV in the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom (the kids’ room) has a large black stripe across the screen that preven nts it from being properly watched.”
