“We enjoyed this place very much. It was perfect for our family of five including two kids. The decor was fun. Having video games was an extra bonus. The pool is beautiful and we loved having access to the golf cart.”

“The backyard/pool was definitely the highlight, my kids LOVED it! Very nice private secluded neighborhood with some of the friendliest neighbors. Beach was within walking distance, although we took the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Public Access as it was less crowded there. Josh was extremely thorough with everything and within minutes we had a response to any questions we had throughout the whole process and stay. He has been the best host we have had throughout our Airbnb stays.”

“Amazing backyard with a beautiful pool! Location was great for access to the beach, just down the street. Public access #6 with just bike parking & a set of steps to the beach. No chair vendors but plenty of open space to set up our own chairs. Took about 15 minutes to get to Seaside in the golf cart. Easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach. The house was very cute but could use some tlc. For what we paid per night, I expected more. The family rooms & kitchen got very hot in the afternoons. The screened in porch was great but was lined with dead bugs & a couple dead frogs & dirty patio furniture. Not a deal breaker but can be easily remedied. Some of the blinds were broken & the freezer didn’t open all the way (maintenance fixed asap). Josh was very responsive. Overall enjoyed our stay!”

“The Atomic Flamingo was everything we could have hoped for. Incredible pool and backyard that was a perfect homebase, amazing location and easy beach access, and a great golf cart to get around. The house itself is very cool and the gameroom was a hit for the kids. Josh was a top notch communicator as well. If you are reading this, stop researching and book it!”
