“The AI bot that they use for their messages in the airbnb app is not helpful at all when attempting to ask questions before arrival. Once you check in, they are responsive and a real person responds. The WiFi didn’t work on the first floor bedrooms which was unfortunate because our baby monitors didn’t work, nor did the tvs in those rooms. It was super walkable to the beach with young kids and a great location overall. Won’t stay again, but enjoyed it for the time we were there!”

“The Airbnb was great but there was a few issues. 1.When we got there the code wasn’t working so I called and they made me sign an agreement again before they could send me a new code 2.The main front door and all around the pool area is infested with ants. I texted the host about this and nothing was done about it 3.The neighbors seemed friendly at first but then complain to the HOA that we were in the pool at 2-3 a.m making noises also another issues is the place comes with a pool but you can’t even get in it past 10 because the HOA has a noise ordinance and neighbors will complain! Neighbors also complained to HOA saying we had too much people in our group 4. They should mention it’s in an all white neighbor and they don’t accept Hispanic families! Because we kept getting ugly faces, stared down and when we were walking by the shopping centers someone in a car yelled out “ look there goes some Mexicans” this location is not Hispanic friendly! Truly disgusting!”

“Excellent stay! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. There were plenty of activities and attractions nearby for both adults and children, making it a great choice for families or groups. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was beautiful. The beach across the street gorgeous but you had to go down 3-4 flights of stairs to get to it- my parents had difficult time. I asked about this before renting the unit and I was assured it was flat walk out to the beach. The pool was tiny for the neighborhood and only 5 feet deep and hot and it was behind the houses. Our ice maker did not work entire stay. We had bad communication about check in and out. I was told a month in advance we could check out late and I paid extra for it- then in day of arrival they told me that they did not have late check out for that home but did refund fee. They also told me a month in advance to come around 2-3 pm on check in and call to get in early- if unit was clean. We got there at 3 pm and then told me that they never said this- after I assured them cleaning people were gone they let us go in at 330 pm. There was a lot of bad communication and misleading info.”
