“The house was very nice, located close to Inlet, rosemary and Alys beach. 3-4 min drive to the Grocery store. Property management company was very responsive. All Beds were comfortable, house was well decorated but was not clean. There were cockroaches, lizards and palmetto bugs in the house, specially on the 1st floor and 3rd floor. We complained and were told that the house was cleaned. Garage did not have the same code as the house and the property management company was not aware of the code, so everytime we needed to access the garage, we had to go into the house, get into the garage and open it from inside. WiFi password was not provided and we also had to ask for the house guidebook as it was not provided to us. Other than these issues, the house is very nice and very well located. There were several beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider booking it again but would expect it to be cleaner next time.”

“The house was beautiful. The location is amazing. It was as described. However, just a few things…floors were dirty. We asked if beach towels would be provided and we were told no. Once we got to the house there were beach towels in the laundry room. I asked if charcoal would be provided and again, the answer was no. Come to find out in the manual it states they will provide it and bring you more if you run out. Lots of bugs, ants….spiders. I did reach out and they responded quickly asking if we wanted them to come look at it and we chose not to because we were only there 3 days and it felt inconvenient. Overall great. Just a few things as I pointed out.”
