“Amazing house! Everything was very clean, and the house is located on a quiet street. It’s also very close to the beach — only about a 2-minute golf cart ride.”

“I cannot in good conscience recommend renting from this company. Though the home was beautiful and technically met our needs, the lack of efficient customer service and customer consideration are not worth sacrificing for a nice home. Its imperative to know that you will never speak to a local host, only to a call center that (in their own words) cannot guarantee that you will receive a call from a local host - and never could it have been more true. The AC was broken during our stay and masked with portable units, lies and unwillingness to compensate in any way for the trouble/inconvenience. The temps were in the 90s and extremely humid. This company will say their AC tech said the AC was in working order, but it simply was not the case. The home never cooled to the temperature it was set at. And not reaching out to me was very frustrating and I felt strongly they didn't care because the home was paid for.”

“Love this location and house! We’ve stayed in this same house 3 times now. Everything was great! A couple of things to consider… The house is not sticked with the proper amount of paper supplies. We were booked for a week. There was only one roll of paper towels and we had to buy trash bags. Kitchen utensils are pretty worn out and need to be replaced. Lastly, the couch is in 3 sections and does not stay together. I was hoping after the house was taken over by new management, things like that would have been fixed. We will definitely stay again but will request some things ahead of time.”

“As soon as we got in the house, we noticed in the master bedroom. They were staying all over the sheets in the bed under the bed. There was a ton of stuff and even old nail polish. As we got upstairs, look around the bed on the right when you walk upstairs had sand all in the sheets. The bunk bed had no sheets on the top bunk, and when we walked around on the floor our feet turned black, there was also black string hair in the shower as soon as I got in. The only thing that they had in there to help clean was a mop and no soap so we had to hand wash all the floors. NO VACUM NO BROOM. We were also told that we could stay even though we had a parent who was looking at houses down in Destin called the landlord said that we could stay then the next day showed up at 9:30 entered the house without asking, told us we couldn’t stay because they wasnt a parent there at the time. We had one 18 year-old and the rest of us were 21, 22, and 23. and NO REFUND for the night we djdnt use.”
