“I host luxury art retreats all over country and this house was one of the best we’ve had. Plenty of room for my 12 senior ladies, chef, hubby and 2 helpers. It was fabulous! Love all of the outdoor seating. Every floor has a beautifully appointed patio with a lovely view of the beach. Furniture is all very high end. The elevator is why I rented this house and it was so nice for my ladies to not have to climb stairs. They loved that the most! And it’s not a tiny elevator like you’d normally see in a residence. Great retreat overall. I didn’t want to leave.”

“Amazing home. We had four families (including 7 children 5 and under!) stay here. We could have easily had two more families join us. House was nicely decorated with high end furnishings. Lots of hang out spaces and movie room/pool table/shuffle board/ pop a shot/ ping pong/ pool to keep folks entertained. Great kitchen for group cooking and hangout. TVs everywhere. Would definitely stay again in the future. Lots of washers and dryers throughout. Note there is construction happening at new houses on all sides of the house. It surprisingly wasn’t disturbing though and meant we were the only actual vacationers around. There were only 5 or so beach towels provided, which seemed a little silly for the size of the home. Some pack and plays and a toy basket for younger kids would have been a nice touch, but we fortunately did BabyQuip for all of our toy/sleeping needs. One toilet paper roll per bathroom felt a bit cheap for this price point”

“Gorgeous home and incredible location! Elegance and comfort combined for a perfect beach getaway. Every touch, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor space was exceptionally decorated and thoughtfully designed. Home was ideal for multiple families or couples, each having a dedicated space with privacy and upscale accommodations. Each level has its own dedicated outdoor space to lounge and take in a quiet moment overlooking the gulf shoreline. Aside from the private soft white sand beach, we enjoyed the indoor entertainment from ping pong, basketball (outdoor hoop and indoor mini-shot), movie theatre room, shuffleboard, foosball, and many board games! Service and communication was top-notch. We could not have asked for more!”

“This is a beautiful, large and spacious home that is located right on the beach. The private beach was wonderful, great for sunbathing and playing in the ocean. We had 15 people in our family at the house and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room to enjoy themselves.”
