“I don’t think the location can get any better for the price you’re paying. The house worked out really well and we really enjoyed our time there. I have a ton of really great things that I could say about the location and the house but the one thing I would probably point out for anyone looking to stay here is that they only supply you with very limited household necessities. I think we had one toilet paper roll per bathroom one dishwasher pod one trash bag. They tell you that in advance and I believe their intention is to only make sure you’re comfortable for your first night and not supplying you for items your entire stay, but I’ve never been in an Airbnb before that didn’t supply a handful of those It was a little annoying to spend this much money and go stay somewhere at the beach and have to buy trash bags and toilet paper and dishwasher pods just so you could stay at the house for a couple days. Nonetheless everything else was great and I would still stay here again!”

“The home comfortably accommodated our large family, and the location was a major highlight—just a short walk to a quiet, less crowded beach that didn’t require early reservations. However, the stay fell short when it came to basic necessities, especially for a week-long visit. The property lacked essential items like cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a broom for sweeping sand, and even coffee filters. As out-of-state travelers, we had to purchase everything ourselves, which was inconvenient—especially since the checkout instructions asked not to leave anything behind, resulting in unnecessary waste. Additionally, the listing sleeps 20+ guests but only provided five beach towels, which didn’t match the capacity of the home. Overall, the property has great potential due to its size and location, but improving basic guest accommodations and convenience would make a significant difference”
