Benchmark Management 30A in Inlet Beach, Florida

“Pros: The house was clean with easy access to the pool and the big chill. Cons: we booked a 4 night stay. There was not a single extra roll of TP in the house. The TP and Pepe towels provided were super cheap. One small dish soap. No pool/beach towels were provided. This was a 3 bedroom house that supposedly sleeps 10. 8 bath towels in the entire house. We need to do laundry during our stay. There were minimal kitchen items provided too. Bottom line: We rented a house for a more comfortable stay and ended up with less amenities than a hotel stay. We needed to go out a shop for items with impacted our experience and ease of stay.”

“The house was very comfortable really pretty and clean for the most part. Sweeping could’ve been a little bit better. And some cups had milk, residue. Aside from that. Everything was great. The location is beautiful. And great for kids. Only thing I would say is. I would’ve liked to have had a private beach closer by or even local public where you didn’t have to look for parking because parking around beaches is very difficult. But I do recommend this beautiful home and the neighborhood and pool is pretty great !”

“Beautiful home in a great location! The team was very responsive to all our questions. The layout of the home is a little unconventional and had a lot of stairs but having the elevator was nice. Only real negative was that they did not provide beach towels or extra toilet paper- we had to buy these ourselves.”
