Beach Stays Vacations in Inlet Beach, Florida

“The condo is in a great location with short rides for groceries and to great restaurants. The beach was not crowded at all and actually felt private at times! I was a little disappointed that the condo was dated and lacked some finishing touches such as games, books, any extra kitchen supplies, missing artwork (nails with no pics), no rug to catch sand, a large clock that was missing a hand, extremely poor WiFi connection (had to call for service twice) and no cellular reception with AT&T. The pros were that the unit was clean and supplied nice linens, towels and beach chairs. A beach set up should be included as it is quite expensive and it’s difficult to lug supplies down the many steps to the beach.”

“The location was good and an easy walk to the beach. The pool is okay but pretty dirty. Overall, unit was clean and location was decent, but there were some improvements needed. The shower in the master bathroom is very slippery and could use a shower mat. We had two people slip and fall. The wi-fi connection is terrible and the TVs in the living room and master bedroom did not work for a majority of the stay. One of the electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work when we tried to plug in the toaster. The master bedroom closet could use some hangers. The lightbulb in the bedroom with a queen bed was flickering and about to go out. The washer seemed to have a leak as there was water that pooled on the floor beneath it after one use. The freezer could use a refresher of ice as the ice in it seemed old. Overall it was a decent stay but overpriced for all the issues we encountered.”

“Great location with a responsive management team, quiet neighbors, and a very clean, well-stocked unit. Plenty of kitchen equipment, cutlery, glasses & plates, and new appliances. Beds were comfortable with extra linens and pillows provided. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and soaps. The A/C, thermostat, and full-sized washer/dryer all worked great—a nice bonus for an older 30A condo. Parking and check-in/check-out were easy as well. Would rent again without a doubt! One note: the entire Tranquility condo complex seems to be a cell and internet dead zone, which other residents we spoke with confirmed. Our internet and smart TVs were not working when we arrived, BUT Jack from the management company responded immediately (after hours too!). He coordinated with the broadband provider, brought extra equipment, and ultimately found a workaround so we had reliable internet and TV service for the rest of our stay. Very grateful for Jack!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Beach Stay’s condo on 30A! The location is just perfect. The condo building is gated and you are just steps to the beach. The private location meant the beach was not crowded which we loved. We were a super close drive to all the restaurants - less than 10 min to Old Florida Fish House and The Big Chill which was so great with kids. The Publix is super close as well. Overall, the condo was clean, very nice, and the host was easy to work with. We would stay here again!”
