“Beautiful home and property, but we did have some issues. We followed the check-in and alarm instructions exactly, but the alarm still went off and police responded and remained outside for about an hour. The door code was also never successfully reset, so we couldn’t lock the house when we left and had to leave our belongings in an unlocked home. The house could also use a few more basic necessities for guests. Management was responsive and provided a refund, which we appreciated. Overall, a beautiful property, but the security issues definitely need to be addressed.”

“upset that all our catered food ice cream and popscicles were ruined due to the fridge not working . they didn't come fix it until the next day at 2 pm.. main tv was locked until the following evening . movie night and the food was ruined . pool was closed the entire stay and we had someone in a wheelchair so they couldnt enjoy any outside activities . the entire trip was ruined”

“The Airbnb is nice. It lacked items like hand soap in the bathrooms. The management company Avari does not answer their phone, so you are out of luck if you need to talk to someone. While the stay was enjoyable, and the location was convenient, I will not book another Airbnb if this company is the host.”
