AvantStay in Inlet Beach, Florida

“I don’t usually complain about anything, but this place was so far from any and all reasonable beach access… if you want to visit the beach locally you will have to walk a mile from inside the state park where you pay to park or drive 20 minutes to a completely different area. The pools on site close randomly through the day for hours at a time and the pools random hours are basically whatever the community HOA decides to make you leave AKA 2 in the afternoon or 7 pm. The WIFI was very spotty in all locations both inside and outside the house making communication or watching TV very difficult. The garage had trash piled up and several of the chairs are broken / tetanus shot waiting to happen. One of the inside dining chairs has a shard of metal sticking out and I sliced my finger open . My daughter killed two cockroaches inside her bedroom. Needless to say…. We won’t be back and if AirBNB allows hosts with misleading descriptions we won’t be staying with AirBNB again.”

“The house and area were fabulous. My family and I had a great stay. The house was in a great location close to the Big Chill and to a pool. The only small negative would be the towels. The towels provided were worn and cheap. The beach towels were great though. My family and I will be coming back next summer. Great experience!”

“We stayed for five days, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was no Wi-Fi for our entire stay, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a listing that advertises it as an amenity. We also felt the cleaning was rushed, as the property didn't seem as clean as expected upon arrival. On top of that, communication with the host was slow, making it difficult to get timely updates or assistance. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we hope these issues are addressed for future guests.”

“The home was as good as described! It is a new type build with a nice front deck/porch area. Great location, about half a mile from the beach on 30A. The Big Chill Shops and Restaurants area is awesome and is in walking distance or go by golf cart. The ONLY negative we would mention are the beds being a little too firm for our liking. But, very comfortable and a great stay overall. You will not be disappointed.”
