“I would like to save someone the time and money! We booked a last minute trip and were told in the description as well as the welcome letter that this place included 2 pool locations and a fitness center (even given a code for each) but after arriving and speaking to the local management office they haven't had a fitness center in 2 years! Messaging David about this, he would continue to give me a "code' to a center that doesn't exist instead of letting me know he made a mistake and there is no fitness center. Also, notes about the place. - the dishwasher smelled of sewage so bad that it literally sent me vomiting! - the couches are very dingy and dirty with noticable stains (we chose not to sit on them) - the garage has quite a bit of "amenities " like chairs and bikes and stuff but the garage it's self is covered in webs and live spiders all over the ceiling. Overall, not a comfortable stay. There is better out there and I would say keep looking for a better spot than this!”

“The unit was clean, but somewhat dated and in need of some TLC. The biggest issue during our stay was the ongoing confusion surrounding parking instructions and restrictions. We received conflicting information from multiple sources, which created unnecessary stress and uncertainty throughout our visit. Due to the parking issues and lack of clarity, we ultimately chose to leave after one night. While the hosts declined our refund request, Airbnb reviewed the documentation and approved a refund based on the circumstances.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The location was perfect, but the unit itself felt very bare minimum compared to what we expected. It’s also located on the bottom floor, which we thought from the photo it was the top floor. In my opinion it was very well overpriced. The listing stated there was a hair dryer, but there wasn’t one in the unit. After we requested one, we were told it would arrive by 10:00 AM, but it didn’t show up until around 12:30 PM. There was hair left in the shower, a snake in the pool, and multiple issues getting into the property. The most concerning part was that a locksmith walked into our rental while I was in the shower. He apologized and said he felt bad, but it’s unclear why anyone would enter an occupied unit without notice. Communication throughout the stay was poor. The person I spoke with was inconsiderate and constantly made excuses instead of addressing the issues and keeping their word. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional.”

“It’s small, but perfect for a couple on getaway. There are certainly more updated options in the area but this is quiet, convenient, affordable and everything worked, hottub included. Would stay here again.”
