“We had a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and conveniently located just a few steps from the beach. It was also close to plenty of restaurants and many interesting places to visit. Overall, a great location and a lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here!”

“I stayed at the Inlet beach location on 30A. The location was perfect. Walkable to beaches and restaurants. My main issue was there was thick black mold in all 3 vents and I could smell the mold. I had to shut the A/C off. I messaged the host and got a response that someone would be there the next day to clean and treat it. The next day rolled around and I continued to message the host and after a while a realized it was AI generated responses. By 6pm the next day I had to call Air BNB who was able to contact the host directly and it wasn’t till then that someone attended around 7pm to clean the vents. That is my only complaint about the place but I feel it is a very serious issue being black mold.”

“Overall the condo was great. Would definitely stay again. A few things to note if you’re looking at this property to stay: This listing says it sleeps 4 - the couch bed is the second bed. There’s zero way I would put two adults on that. Maybe kids, but no adult could comfortably sleep there. Would like to see more comfortable furniture in the living room, but it was okay for just my husband and I. There is also ZERO spices for cooking. We left what we bought, but I’m not sure if they kept it or not for future guests. There is also only one dish towel. Everything else was great. Perfect location. Perfect ocean view. Perfect beach access. Great property overall for a couple.”

“Location was great, it was easy to find and parking was easy, but the unit wasn’t the cleanest. The toilet wasn’t flushed when we first got there, and there was a stain on the bed and on the pillowcase, I contacted the management for support and they said a maid would come the next day, and a maid never came so we had to deal with dirty bedding all week.”

“We have stayed at the Ramsgate property many times. This was our first time staying at this unit and we were highly disappointed. Noticeable mold in and around the air vents and a damp feeling in the unit were not what we were expecting during our stay. By night two, my son was progressively coughing worse at night with watery eyes. We decided to leave one night early due to the health hazard of the mold. This unit could definitely use a good inspection, along with a good cleaning. On a positive note, the view is amazing and what we love so much about staying at Ramsgate. It was a real disappointment and I hope this issue gets fixed for future guests.”
