“Fantastic place to stay! Large home and close to public beaches and great food. The pedestrian tunnel leading to the beach entrances were close and easy to walk to.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The property was beautiful and for the most part exactly as described in the listing. It was a comfortable place for our group, and we enjoyed our time there. There were a few issues that could be improved for future guests. The first-floor bathroom had no toilet paper upon arrival, and trash was left in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The grill’s propane tank was empty, as were three spare tanks. Fortunately, we were able to use the tank from the fire pit. The listing also stated that coffee and shampoo were provided, but there was only a small amount of decaf coffee left and the shampoo bottles were empty. Lastly, since the reservation included a cleaning fee, we did not think guests should be expected to load the towels into the washing machine before checkout. These were minor inconveniences, but we hope they are addressed for future guests.”

“We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The house was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The A/C stayed nice and cold after long summer beach days, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The rooftop was perfect for grilling and watching TV, and our family loved relaxing in the hot tub. For beach access, I highly recommend Wall Street Beach Access. It’s the closest public access to the house. There isn’t any parking or bathrooms, so I dropped everyone off, drove back to the house, rode my bike to the beach (there are bike racks), then rode back to get the car afterward. It worked great! The beach wasn’t crowded like other 30A beaches. The Wall Street Beach Access feels like a hidden gem, few steps to the sand and no long trek to find a good spot. Best beach experience we’ve had here in 3 years. The house is also just minutes from Rosemary Beach, restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Highly recommended!”
