“Sandy Beach was an excellent host!! They were proactive with reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was so comfortable, perfect direct beach views, very well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We brought our own beach towels and beach chairs. But there were actually beach chairs in the unit. If you are an adult who wants a quiet stay, I'd recommend planning carefully. There were lots of children of all ages who made a lot of noise all day and late into night. Kids being kids. But we'll plan more carefully next time around school schedules outside of summer months. The parking...ooof. Daily, anytime we left, we had to have people moved out of our spot. Sandy Beach was extremely helpful by contacting the association. But nothing was ever done. We had to find the owner of the vehicle each time and have them move. Literally was our only complaint. Parking is a mess. Again, not a Sandy Beach issue. But an association issue. Highly recommend this unit.”

“The condo itself was beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and exactly as pictured. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the room. Unfortunately, the maintenance of the property took away from the experience. One elevator was out of service for our entire stay, and the other had extremely long waits and repeatedly went in and out of service. On checkout day, neither elevator was working, so we had to carry all of our luggage down multiple flights of stairs. This was especially difficult because my dad has a disability affecting his legs and cannot walk or climb stairs for long without significant pain. The listing description could also be improved. It didn’t clearly state that the unit only included one parking space, and the golf cart restriction wasn’t disclosed beforehand. The room itself was excellent, but the maintenance issues and missing details in the listing kept this from being a five-star stay.”

“Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had a beautiful time here. Incredible views from sunrise to sundown. The stingrays are out feeding on the coquinas so make sure to shuffle, shuffle when walking. So amazing!”

“Beautiful condo, great location! The condo was very clean and well decorated, very comfortable couches and beds. Deck furniture very nice with perfect ocean views! Kitchen very well stocked with new appliances. Great location and close to many awesome restaurants and ice cream shops. Overall great place and I’d definitely stay again!”
