“beach side is wonderful,in general everything looks good. I just wish th3 AC makes less noise, and idk how often they change the filter or clean the AC bc we got all with dry nose/throat,other than that we had a good time”

“Location was excellent, and the area felt very safe with a beautiful beach steps away. The quarters were a bit tight, but noise was never an issue. The room was clean overall, though it could use a few minor touch-ups, which is fairly common with rentals. The outdoor common spaces were also great. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely book again. A few things to keep in mind: there is no dishwasher, and guests are expected to hand-wash dishes for the next guests, set the AC to a specified temperature, and take all trash to the external garbage bin prior to check-out. Given that a cleaning fee is included in the “fees and taxes,” these requirements felt a bit excessive for the price paid for a three-day stay. Additionally, on-site laundry is only available after hours, as the cleaning staff uses the facilities during the day.”

“The condo was very nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The location was great and was walking distance to several stores, restaurants and the beach. My only issues were with the cleanliness of the unit and the general upkeep. I voiced my concerns with Casago and they had the on site manage get in touch with me. She was able to bring me new sheets and take the kitchen utensils that desperately needed replaced. New ones were supposed to be brought out the next morning but we never ended up receiving any the whole week we were there. Overall the condo is beautiful and I would definitely stay again as long as it was properly cleaned and equipped for the stay.”

“Great condo right on the beach with amazing views from the balcony! Condo had tons of beach chairs and sand toys, and provided beach towels. This is a huge plus for anyone flying in and having to purchase these items after arriving. Balcony outside had lots of seating with a table big enough for eating outside. Plenty of room inside the condo for all of us! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus!! If there was a negative aspect to our stay it would be the kitchen could use bigger pots and pans and more of them; the few skillets were extremely small and only a small pot was available. Our family cooked instead of eating out so this would have made cooking easier but would not keep us from returning. Also the management company is not quick to respond so keep this in mind if you have questions. We will definitely be returning to this condo for our next trip!!”

“Check in was difficult as the access code would not work. It could have been operator error. It was also difficult to find the key lock box as there was no white tank as described. We did arrive after 8p so it was also dark but did eventually find the lock boxes. The living room t.v. would not produce sound. The condo itself was beautiful with a wonderful view! It was decorated well. It had direct access to the ocean which was what I was looking for! I would definitely visit again!”
