“Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The biggest issue was a significant termite infestation. Throughout our stay, we were waking up with bites but did not discover the source until the final day when we began packing and cleaning before checkout. Once we found one of the insects on a shirt and knew what to look for, we started finding them in beds, clothing, shoes, luggage, and personal belongings. When we moved the couch to investigate further, we found dozens of termites underneath and behind it. We immediately contacted the host and their response was that they have someone spray weekly and that it was “especially bad right now.” This was very concerning because it indicated the issue was already known. We spent the last day of our vacation washing and inspecting our belongings to avoid bringing the infestation home with us. “Great place to stay if you are looking for relaxing on the beach which is across the street. The condo was very spacious, great updated kitchen with new appliances. I think I was the first on to use the oven. Bathrooms were very clean with a walk-in shower in the guest bath. Bedrooms were comfortable. Both had a wide screen tv. Washer and dryer was great to have for laundry needs. Outdoor deck you have a view of the sunrise which were extraordinary each day. Also have a somewhat of a view of the beach. Parking is underneath unit with the entrance to the staircase right by your car. Pool was great to go after the beach. Enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon. Paul S”

“This was a fantastic little house. Love worn and perfect for you if watching the sunset is more important than watching TV. The beach is the backyard and it was fantastic. No condo umbrellas or other rentals. Just what we wanted. I saw some one commented about the second bathroom not being private - it was private enough for us! Add a little time management and it was perfectly adequate.”
