“Dirty in certain areas of condo, but I sent pictures in to them. Bathrooms need another coat of paint & baseboards look dirty as well. Left over materials for fixing up condo in spare bedroom and closet that are in your way. Patio was to crammed with patio furniture, or to many chairs. Garbage disposal side of sink leaks and not sure how long it’s been leaking. Big stain in spare bathroom tub. Kitchen faucet doesn’t spray easily. Housekeeping will show up early and linger outside of condo until you leave. Ice dispenser in fridge will not dispense ice. All the stores & restaurants around the area close around 9-10:00pm. Bed in master bedroom is quit hard. Other than those minor things, it was great. Right across the street from the beach was an awesome feature.”

“The apartment was really nice, but the property was under construction a lot of noise in the morning, which wasn’t described. Overall, it was a nice apartment if I knew before that there was construction going on on the building I would probably go with something else.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the unit was not as clean as it should have been. The floors were very dirty, and we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies so we could clean the unit ourselves. We also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi and TVs. A technician came the following day and confirmed the router needed to be replaced and one of the TV outlets was faulty, which left us without internet and television for two days. In addition, someone entered the unit without prior notice, which was concerning. The biggest disappointment was discovering multiple roaches during our stay. Finding several over the course of two days made us uncomfortable and significantly impacted our experience. We checked out 3 days early. While the property management team did provide a partial credit, we didn’t feel it adequately reflected the number of issues we encountered. We hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.”
