“Great location, pool and waterfront views!”

“Great location, and conveniently located on the Intracoastal Waterway. It was a great spot for our family to fish, and enjoy the dolphins. Short walk to the beach as well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was it was a little warm in the house during the day. That's because of the age of the home and its reliance on window units to keep it cool. It is worth noting, however, that it was extremely hot outside that week, and the home cooled down for the evening and sleep. Even with that issue, I would definitely stay here again, and the family loved it!”

“The house is an old one, built in the 1950’s. It had several window A/C units, one in each bedroom and a large one in the living room. The back bedroom unit couldn’t be set to run on auto, so the fan was always on which meant the TV had to turned up high to be heard. A major issue was TV watching: the checking materials state there’s no cable or basic channels provided. To watch, we had to use our personal account login IDs and passwords for Netflix, Prime, YouTube, or other providers. We weren’t willing to do that - put private account access data in a public TV. I was able to watch Nelfix and Prime using other stored logins. Beach access: pay $46 per day, or walk 1/4 mile. Paying required using an app. The install didn’t work - stuck in a circular loop. You need to fully disclose this, or better yet, offer access through the rental. Nice view, pleasant stay. A house was being built next door but the work wasn’t really disruptive.”

“10/10 as a avid Airbnb-this was one of the nicest we've stayed at because it's hard to compete with that backyard & view!! When we weren't exploring IRB we were lounging on the back patio, fishing off the dock or in the beautiful pool. Definitely walkable to the beach and restaurants, we're walkers so it wasn't an issue but it's a 'healthy' walk esp in the heat! Renting a golf cart could be fun too! Only issue is now i'd love to move to the area! Great place! If you are use to Airbnb's just be advised this is a business one so no condiments, toiletries ( they provide small ones) We choose to eat out most meals and there were plenty of close local options. The beach was perfection. House was great would love to visit again Thank you”
