“We LOVED the location...so close to the beach which was beautiful and not crowded. The pool and backyard area were fantastic and was great for our large group! The house says it sleeps 18 but it doesn't...sleeps 12 comfortably and 16 people with 2 couches pulled out. If you stay here, there are no extras like most Air b&b's we've stayed in...no spices, cleaners, trash bags, 1 dishwasher pod for 5 days. Also 1 dryer didn't work, shower in queen room leaked and shower door didn't close. It's a great house and we had a wonderful time...just need a few things addressed.”

“I have mixed feeling I loved the condo and the location but the communication was horrible check-in was supposed to be 4 o’clock. They literally close at 5 o’clock. We got there at 6 o’clock, so there was no one there to speak to about parking issues nowhere does it mention that they only have a few allotted spots next to the condo itself. We were parked a block away. I have a medical disability and explain this to them. They did accommodate my disability the last day we were there, the guides and the rules that were sent via a link I could not open. I informed them that I could not open them. They never responded. They also asked me if I wanted to check in early. I had responded with yes and then they had responded with. It was too late. They did the same thing at checkout. They asked me if I wanted a late checkout and I had replied yes and they never responded once again honestly, if you are looking for a place that communicates with you go elsewhere I actually wish I had got a hotel”

“Great location unfortunately bathroom was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves”

“We got there at 2:00 AM because our flight was delayed. The guidelines that we received included only the unit code not the floor code. We were supposed to get both the unit code and the floor code. The landlord did not answer our calls so after a long wait outside, with a child, at 2am, we were able to get in by chance. The landlord claimed that it was because we didn't sign the rental agreement but that's inaccurate because we had signed the rental agreement two days prior to arriving. Also, regarding the Wi-fi, the password was not in the guidelines and we had to call to get it.”

“Kitchen needs a run through on pots/pans/dishes/cups, the bath towels are hard and chafe skin, 2 out of 4 beach chairs damaged, the oven on counter is missing pan, no starter dishwasher detergent. The master mattress is falling through, each side sinks in.”

“Best word for this property is "cute". We did not notice the small print which said 245 square feet when we booked- lesson learned (double check all the details). Very cool renovation, but yes- it's very small. It is in an old 1950's beachfront motel that has been turned into a condo hotel. The building, pool, and activity area are clean and the renovations still look recent post Milton. Great location. Confusion on check in- we got 4 different door codes in 8 hrs The bad- we left after one night (we had booked and paid for two) because we absolutely could not have made it through another night on the mattress. It was the softest, squishiest, most unsupportive mattress we've ever felt, or tried to sleep on- anywhere, ever. There was a memory foam pad put on over it, but that did not help at all. We both tossed and turned all night, got little sleep, and woke up with aching backs. At one point, we seriously discussed taking the pillows out to our Tahoe and sleeping there.”

“The toilet had a 💩 in it upon arrival. Extremely disgusting!! Main room TV and remote were poor with a lot of channels with low signal and the remote was not functioning. It wasn’t very comfortable and it felt cheap”

“When we first got there the lock didn’t not work after a 12 hour drive but we eventually got in. Later that evening we went to go to bed and noticed a large stain that smelled and was wet seeping up from mattress, we contacted them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it that night and we were entitled for some sort of refund. Next morning at 10 they call us at beach saying there’s nothing they can do and if we wanted to move they could but they wanted us to come at beach and do it right then. Well we return to the room to find the nasty sheets tossed on all of our luggage and clothes and on top of it all they left our room unlocked when they left with all of our valuables inside. At the end of it no refund or restitution was made for the issue. Will be back to treasure island but this place is the reason we will always hotels from here on out. Worst service imaginable except the lady at night was very friendly, but she was the only one.”

“I would have given 3-4 stars except I DIDN’T HAVE ANY HOT WATER the last few days. Bathroom sink stopper didn’t work - had to pry up to get it to drain. Smaller than expected. pull out uncomfortable, though wide enough - sleeping on top was fine. No ice cube trays or ice. Very noisy. Such thin walls, it was hard to believe noise was not within the apartment! It was spring break, so weekend was very loud with reving motorcycles and partes. There was no beach towel as indicated. I bought one and left it for other guests. Also, if guests have any physical constraints, should know that stairs are very steep and narrow. Unless you are one of the lucky few who get on site parking, parking is more than 2 blocks away at best, and that is not always available.”

“The had a bedroom size trash can and charged me extra to take the trash out.”
