“Upon our arrival, we noted that the unit was not adequately cleaned. Specifically, the bathroom facilities were unsanitary, with a stained toilet bowl. The grill oven contained residual crumbs, and the stovetop exhibited stains. Photographic evidence was collected to document these conditions. Furthermore, the shower handle was found to be broken, necessitating the use of an alternative bathroom for two days. The plumber dispatched to address this issue exhibited unprofessional conduct. Despite assurances to the contrary, we experienced significant noise disturbances, including pounding and drilling, during early morning hours over several days. We also discovered a pervasive cockroach infestation. Although pest control services were engaged, the issue persisted. The provided vacuum cleaner was inoperable, requiring us to manually clean the unit with a broom and dustpan until a replacement was procured. The washer-dryer unit contained excessive lint, which I personally removed.”
