“The condo itself was beautifully updated. It was quiet and steps from the beach. I was so disappointed that the pool was not working as this is a must for me when I book accommodations. According to other guests it had not been working for at least 2 weeks prior to my stay. This is something that should be disclosed. I did not get a response except that they would check with the HOA. Great place to stay if the pool isn’t important to you.”

“This is located in Belleaire Beach, not Indian Rocks Beach. But it is a beautiful location and literally on the beach! Lovely swimming pool and patio, with several tiki huts for shade. The unit faces the parking lot but it is a quick walk around the building. You can even see the water from the bedroom window. The unit itself is immaculate, completely restored, and nicely decorated . The sofa, chairs, dining set, and fridge are all good sized. The description said it was a two bedroom, but it is a one bedroom with a sofa bed in the main room . The bedroom is good sized, but there is no dresser and there are no hanging rods in the closet. There are two drawers that pull out from the base of the bed . The bathroom is small but usable. The complex is well maintained. The pay laundry is clean and around the corner of the building. The other tenants were all pleasant and quiet. This unit is on the ground floor, so you can hear some noise from above.”

“Amazing location, perfect access to the beach and pool. A HUGE plus to have access to beach chairs and towels as we flew in from a different state. Clean, updated amenities, and easy assigned parking. Would come back in a heartbeat!”
