“This is a very beautiful home. Plenty of space and the location was very quiet and private but yet plenty of walkable things to do. A little further from the beach than I originally thought, but still very walkable.”

“Beautiful apartment pristinely clean with all the facilities required and comfortable nice large balcony for sitting outside. We enjoyed our stay here. as we always do in Clearwater beach. We did experience a lot of noise at the apartment however from the apartment above who would return at 11pm every night from a powerboat competition and then go in the swimming pool and shout up the their friends and family in the apartments above until midnight. We also did not have clear instructions from Florida beach rentals until the very last minute and then was bombarded every day with do’s and don’ts we found their style of communication was unfriendly.”

“The description does not accurately portray what a great unit this is. You hear construction during the day but only between 10-3, it isn't obnoxious. Super quiet otherwise. All the beds are comfortable. Stocked kitchen, I cook 3 meals a day. No scented chemicals used on linens and no chemical air fresheners (Lifeworks friendly rental). They soften water. Everyone there is super nice; residents and workers. We only had one guard that was a bit gruff with one of our guests, all others were wonderful. It is tricky getting inside. Renters have different parking then owners. You need a fob to get in the bldg. The first time the guard lets you in until you get the fob in the unit. The elevator used to get to this unit is not the lobby elevator (use elevator at the end of hallway on the right of lobby elevator). Thank goodness our neighbor happened to be in the lobby when we got there. She helped. They also have hotel carts in the garage. Close to everything including Lifeworks Wellness Ctr.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working while we were there. We reached out to them halfway through the week but never heard back. Everything was amazing, but communication could be improved.”

“We love the location. It was right next to a police station, which made us feel safe. Considering we were three women traveling alone. The balcony was huge. We spent a lot of time out there in the morning. Having our coffee and winding down at the end of the day. We parked thursday evening when we got in & never moved our vehicle until we left Sunday. We walked about half a mile for coffee each morning and restaurants were within a mile mile and a half. The view of the cove was awesome. The walk to the beach was about a mile, but well worth it. Because parking could have been very difficult to find closer and expensive. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative and I think that is because we rented from a company Vs an individual, was I messaged them the morning after check in, regarding two things that were broken. I wanted to make sure they were aware they were broken. I did not want them to think we did it, and I never heard back.”

“Great place to relax and watch the sun rise and sun set. Would visit again, close to the airport and shopping stores conveniently close.”

“We were very disappointed that this listing is not accurate regarding correct bed sizes. There is ONE king in the master and queens in the secondary rooms. Beds play a substantial part in deciding to book and spend $$$. We messaged to verify bed size and they were adamant there were three kings but it’s simply not true. The location was phenomenal. We were able to walk to everything in the main hub of Clearwater. It was a very easy 12 minute walk to the beach. The street was very quiet, peaceful and hardly any traffic at all. The decks and patio were wonderful and had great views. The pool was beautiful and fun to swim in. The home was well appointed with high end furniture and decor. The kitchen had everything needed. Extra towels were provided and the washer and dryer are far better than what is usually provided. The home could provide more beach necessities like a wagon and more than two chairs. We had a great stay and really enjoyed this home for eight nights.”

“We had some ac issues but other then that it was okay”

“Our check in time per the instructions was after 4 PM. We arrived approximately 5:45 PM and could not check in to the facility. Vague instructions on the Airbnb app stated check in was between 4 PM and 12 PM. We messaged via the app three times. Additionally called the Florida Beach Rentals number per the app to no avail. We ended up having to find another place to stay on a very busy Friday evening in Clearwater Beach.”
