“The appartment was great. A lot of space, very well equiped. A balcony just on top of the sea with dolphins and manatees. 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beach. A pool with an amazing view. The building is under construction, but it was no surprise and did not annoy us at all. We recommand and we will come back, we give 5 stars but we could give more.”

“The only negative I have about the place was the elevator was broken. Carrying luggage for the family up flights of stairs was not fun. Everything else was great!”

“The location was awesome with nice view of marina and occasional dolphin sighting! The beach was walkable. You have a good size pool shared with few houses! Only issue is the smell was uncomfortable when we moved in!”

“We were very disappointed that this listing is not accurate regarding correct bed sizes. There is ONE king in the master and queens in the secondary rooms. Beds play a substantial part in deciding to book and spend $$$. We messaged to verify bed size and they were adamant there were three kings but it’s simply not true. The location was phenomenal. We were able to walk to everything in the main hub of Clearwater. It was a very easy 12 minute walk to the beach. The street was very quiet, peaceful and hardly any traffic at all. The decks and patio were wonderful and had great views. The pool was beautiful and fun to swim in. The home was well appointed with high end furniture and decor. The kitchen had everything needed. Extra towels were provided and the washer and dryer are far better than what is usually provided. The home could provide more beach necessities like a wagon and more than two chairs. We had a great stay and really enjoyed this home for eight nights.”

“The condo itself was beautifully updated. It was quiet and steps from the beach. I was so disappointed that the pool was not working as this is a must for me when I book accommodations. According to other guests it had not been working for at least 2 weeks prior to my stay. This is something that should be disclosed. I did not get a response except that they would check with the HOA. Great place to stay if the pool isn’t important to you.”

“We had some ac issues but other then that it was okay”

“Our check in time per the instructions was after 4 PM. We arrived approximately 5:45 PM and could not check in to the facility. Vague instructions on the Airbnb app stated check in was between 4 PM and 12 PM. We messaged via the app three times. Additionally called the Florida Beach Rentals number per the app to no avail. We ended up having to find another place to stay on a very busy Friday evening in Clearwater Beach.”
