“The listing was in a great location and the ocean front view was amazing. However the listing was incorrect. It was missing a queen bed so the host brought us a closet bed and air mattress which was suitable until the jackhammering construction noises began at 730am the second morning. We reported it and were told there was no planned construction due until next month. This was an outright fabrication as we found out after speaking with the property manager(who resides in the condo next door on the same floor). She also informed us that we were not the first to find out about the ongoing construction in this manner. We were offered to be relocated but neither distinctive or Airbnb could help with this. There wasn't one day during our stay that we weren't inconvenienced in some way by this construction. To say it in the nicest way my family and I were very disappointed that our vacation was consumed by unrest caused by nondisclosure of the construction. We traveled 1300 miles to findout”

“V trips provided all information for my trip in a web site, so no contact was needed other than for getting and returning the keys. I did enjoy my stay with my Family in the Indian Shores apartment.”
