“We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool could use some renovation you can tell it’s old. Overall everything was excellent.”

“The house was perfect for my family of 14. We loved the covered porch, pool, and dock for our boat. The kids loved the game room.”

“Everything was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and pool was perfect. Would have like to have had the outdoor dining area swept up and clean but that wasn’t a major issue. It looked like weeks of debris blown underneath the tables and in front of doorways. Overall the entire back yard is enclosed and very private so it’s well worth staying. Plus the walk to the beach is literally two minutes. We loved it all, except the king bed. Expect to sleep on the hardest bed ever. Lol, we had to go buy a 4” memory foam mattress topper and it was still very hard. If I could recommend one thing for improvement it would be that bed. It also creaks a little, so if you need a comfortable mattress this might not be the best option. However there are other beds in the other two rooms that might be softer.”

“Such a GREAT place to stay and play!! We loved all the games, the bikes and we added a golf cart which was great getting us to and from the beach and restaurants. Pool was small but was still enjoyed by all after a day at the beach. Well appointed for cooking for a large group!”

“This house was exactly as described! Modern new kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms (the main bedroom is huge), firm mattresses and 2 modern bathrooms. The pool area is right out of a hotel!! Seating areas all around inside the pool, loungers, hammocks and a large table with chairs. Also, a bar with a TV overhead. The house location is perfect. Maybe a half a mile to the beach. We rented an off-road golf cart for 2 days and drove to the beach, shops, restaurants and even John's Pass. The response from mgmt was always very quick and friendly if I had any questions. We will definitely stay here again.”
