“What a great house!! Place was clean, pool was clean, views were amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. Manatees and dolphin in the backyard. Fishing was great! The kids had a blast kayaking. The dock was perfect for my boat to stay in the water my whole trip. A lot of great restaurants all within 2 miles. I will be coming back again to relax with the family!”

“Such a great place! It was hard to leave. The sunsets, kayaking through the mangroves into the Gulf of Mexico, swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, dolphins swimming by at night, just a wonderful peaceful vacation spot. We had 6 adults and 1 small dog. Everyone enjoyed the rooms. Three baths with showers was also nice. The kitchen did the job and we cooked every day. The grill also worked out great for us. The outdoor amenities provided- pool, fire pit, canoe, kayaks, paddle board, grill, and fishing poles- really elevated the trip for our group in particular. For day trips we did Pine Island Beach to just have beach days- Sandy beach, palms, mostly thigh to waist high perfect clear water. Really nice. We also took a half day to kayak the Weeki Wachee River and it was a huge highlight of the trip. Incredibly easy to paddle, half shaded, and just a beautiful nature experience. Overall, we would definitely come back. Thanks for having us!”

“We had the absolute BEST spring break staying at this beautiful home in Hernando Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, incredibly well-maintained, and had such an open, bright, and welcoming feel—it truly made us feel right at home. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space. The pool area was perfect, and we loved being able to relax outside, watch TV, and enjoy meals or morning coffee in such a peaceful setting. It really made the whole experience feel like a true vacation. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so friendly, responsive, and attentive. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us right away. A perfect example of their thoughtfulness: since the refrigerator didn’t have a water line for an ice maker, they quickly had a very nice countertop ice maker sent over so we wouldn’t have to deal with ice trays. Such a small detail, but it made a big difference and really showed how much they care about their guests’”
