“Renter beware! The location is on the beach, and although there was some overgrowth of bushes in front, it still had a partial view of the beach and was very peaceful. There was a new couch and chair that were comfortable and very spacious in the living space. The screened-in porch is ideal for sitting, reading, etc. One of the fans didn't work, and it would be better with a piece of furniture where you could nap, but still nice. Only one chair on the outside porch, and lots of boards need to be repaired. Both queen beds squeak with every turn, but both of those rooms have their own bathroom and are open to the screened-in porch, which is very nice! The room with the two single beds also has a bathroom attached. Working with Pristine Properties was a horrible experience! The elevator didn't work, and no one ever showed up to fix it after we were given a date. No compensation was given after being told they would. Other "workers" were sent to the house without advance notification.”

“This house was good overall but not 5/5 good. The house being located on the beach is great. It’s private and it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. What we didn’t know is that water is this area is very murky compared to Cape San Blas and wasn’t great for kids and swimming. We drove 25 minutes to the state park several days to spend time there in the nicer water. The house was clean but needed some updates. All these things considered we still had a good time.”

“House was very dated and musty smell / bedroom with carpet smelled very bad like animal pee however the beds were very comfortable and it’s a super quick walk to the beach. The town is extremely desolate with no where to eat”

“Great location but the property needs updating. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking items (pots, pans, etc.)”
