Ilios Rentals's guest rating in Florida of 4.67 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. We would absolutely love to stay here again!”

“When I arrive to the unit, it wasn’t cleaned at all. It took them more than three hours to clean the unit. The Airbnb host was super unresponsive. More than half of the amenities of the building are not currently available. There’s construction going on all around. The building is literally connected to an all day nightclub. The elevators went out while the fire alarm was going off and I had to climb down 35 flights of steps. There’s construction everywhere in the building. They did a horrible job. And the management took no accountability. Do not stay here.”
