“We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. We would absolutely love to stay here again!”

“When I arrive to the unit, it wasn’t cleaned at all. It took them more than three hours to clean the unit. The Airbnb host was super unresponsive. More than half of the amenities of the building are not currently available. There’s construction going on all around. The building is literally connected to an all day nightclub. The elevators went out while the fire alarm was going off and I had to climb down 35 flights of steps. There’s construction everywhere in the building. They did a horrible job. And the management took no accountability. Do not stay here.”

“Unfortunately, my stay had multiple cleanliness, maintenance, and service issues. After lifting sheets I found stains and dirty black hair on the bed, dirty floors. I also experienced suspected bed bug bites and have photos documenting them. No compensation was offered, instead they said they could clean and fix these items if I paid an additional $100 fee. Paper towel, toilet paper, shower gel, laundry & dishwasher did not suffice my 8 day stay. My key fob stopped working, leaving me unable to independently access my floor, unit, pool, fitness center, or building personally. I was told management could not fix it before checkout. Communication was disappointing. I was told they would send maintenance to fix the blinds that were not closing, they never did. I requested a call during my stay, they did not call. After checkout, we scheduled a call 10/29/26 @4pm, they did not call nor did they pick up when I called them. I am not happy with the luxury stay I expected/paid for.”

“The original unit had no power and wasn't necessarily cleaned well. They moved me to a lower floor unit but that too cleaning seemed rushed. Ultimately I decided to cancel the entire stay and looked for accommodations elsewhere. The host on site was nice and tried his best to adjust but really with the other units having issues, it wasn't much he could have done.”

“I loved my stay the view is amazing and beautiful room and comfortable bed but i did not like the fact that it was not said previously that it was under construction and not all the amenities that were mentioned were available which is very disappointing and the valet parking also leaving all cars in a dusty lot is a little annoying”
