“We were guests for a week. Great location. Not really walkable area, but things were close by. Very peaceful place with few commercial properties around. Very secure place. Multiple checks on wristbands which must be worn on the property to access amenities. Gate code to enter area and mainly manned by attendant. Elevator has codes to get to each floor and doors to units have special codes. Must memorize codes or have them accessible. Unit was clean but needed an interior paint job and trim work updated. Cheap kitchen cabinet plastic layer which was cracking and coming off. Some supplies were given but all are cheap brands- toilet paper was awful. Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful. Views of the beach were great and the balcony was spacious. We were a family group of 6 adults. We enjoyed the adventure.”

“Pensacola is one of our favorite towns with so much to do. The Brent Lofts is the perfect location for walking to restaurants, entertainment and even a pickleball facility is a short walk down Palafox. This condo has everything a couple would want and, although small, was the perfect size for us to wait out a Saturday rainstorm. We would definitely visit again!”
