Hospedanos's guest rating in Florida of 4.60 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “My family and I felt right at home and absolutely loved this apartment! The view is beautiful, and the apartment itself is very stylish and tastefully decorated. I also loved the hair dryer! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to spend their vacation or even just a weekend getaway. The hotel pool is also really nice, with a fun and lively atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay!”

“Super comfortable and a great spot to stay at if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Miami but also close enough to get there!”
