“Absolutely filthy, pool didn’t work, run down far beyond normal wear&tear. It was great having our own space and the beds were comfortable but if you have expectations of a fun pool or clean space look elsewhere. We joked all weekend that it looked fine with the lights off. Definitely different than the photos as far as quality. It was very dirty, had to wear slippers to prevent our socks and feet from turning black and had to take otc medication for allergies because of amount of dust. Reached out to host regarding pool, they sent someone out who confirmed it was broken. They said they sent someone to clean the property while we were out, no one had come but the next day (right before we left) they did and we could tell because whatever cleaning products they used to clean light fixtures sprayed all over our belongings below each leaving oil everywhere. Trash left from previous guests. Location worked well for outlet shopping and day at Disney. Responsive management company.”

“Villa itself lovely.Sadly we had issues.Son asleep when he felt something bite him,lights on,infestation of ants in bed.I messaged Yann in the am.Returned at night to reply asking if we wanted pest control?to late for us to action.Changed sheets,sadly another invasion. Messaged Yann to send pest control.Very frustrating,having now read previous reviews this is not first time,why was ant bait not in place? 2nd We came home to 92F blowing out of all vents.Tried to ph Yann, could not make contact.Found emergency no, got answer ph we are busy,leave message&we will ph back.This never happened!All 4 of us slept downstairs,not how I saw our holiday.Heat was unbearable.Yann did send email hour later advising maintenance team finished for day, not helpful. Maintenace came next day, sadly the same occured 2 days later,I was sent a chat gpt how to fix! Let Yann know back door does not lock, we used wood provided to secure.2 powerpoints out in kitchen.This potentially could b a great place!!”
