“Very nice condo with plenty space, very large balcony that overlooks the sea, balcony had a few entry points. Bathrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, very nice rooms.”

“The house is run down with a large of maintenance required for the property value compare with other location within the area.”

“The location is great — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the place is quite outdated and could use some refreshing and a more thorough deep cleaning.”

“In my opinion, do not rent this unit. A minor inconvenience was I had no hot water until the 3rd day of my stay. Cold showers are not deadly. However, the unit had mold in a few places, in the ceiling, around faucet & bathtub. Mold can kill & does kill. Also, the unit has not been maintained or updated. The sliding screen door was dry rotted & had holes in it. The appliances are most likely 25 years old & look it. I took pictures of all issues so they can be shared with the owner & resort.”
