“The house is run down with a large of maintenance required for the property value compare with other location within the area.”

“In my opinion, do not rent this unit. A minor inconvenience was I had no hot water until the 3rd day of my stay. Cold showers are not deadly. However, the unit had mold in a few places, in the ceiling, around faucet & bathtub. Mold can kill & does kill. Also, the unit has not been maintained or updated. The sliding screen door was dry rotted & had holes in it. The appliances are most likely 25 years old & look it. I took pictures of all issues so they can be shared with the owner & resort.”

“The location is AMAZING! You can see the beach perfect from the balcony. Also great that there is beach access right across the street so you don’t have to load up the car and drive somewhere to go to the beach. A couple things that we didn’t like…. First, The door code to get inside is a little tricky. You have to use two hands.. one to enter the code and the other to turn the lock and handle. Second, there was no blanket for the pull out bed. There were sheets but no blankets at all! Third, there is bare minimum provided. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, 1 towel for each guest so 4 total. (Which is fine because we know to bring our own anyway) I did message Anthony as soon as we checked out and let him know there was no blanket but I never heard back. Also, the location was WILD at nighttime! Teenagers partying on the first floor. Music blaring, drinking, smoking, and hanging off the balcony dancing. Overall, the beach and views were worth it!!”

“It was ok. There’s better, I’m sure there’s way worse. It was cleaned well. It feels very lived in.”

“Needs a complete update,everything was old. We had no paper towels or tissue only what was left from previous guest,limited towels and rags. No WIFI the entire trip,poor service so you couldn’t really use your phone or data unless you went outside downstairs. This was a bridal trip ! So this was very inconvenient for us! Couldn’t watch tv because the tv required internet! We had to clean but was unable to dry anything off such as the dishes we washed that couldn’t fit in the dishwasher because there were no extra towels. Everything antique from the furniture to the toilets! Wasn’t worth the money !”

“Was pretty good. Host declined a late check out, and when asked for recommendations about luggage storage for the last day, host said they can’t do that. However, there is a large sign advertising luggage storage for the day, $5 per bag. Host also hounded us for an email for parking after several messages stating that we were flying in and using uber and therefore wouldn’t need parking. Thermostat can’t be turned below 72 degrees and the bedroom was too hot to sleep in, so we slept on the pull out couch in the living room throughout our stay because the fan was more powerful. Also, the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everyone in the hallway and in all surrounding units. Overall not bad for the money but probably wouldn’t stay again.”

“Couch had stains and damaged , dryer had something wrong took forever to dry a load. A/c needed to be check for efficiency”

“This place was not clean at all. The couch had zero cushion. Owner refused to refund any money. Place was not even in good rental condition and definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend renting. Standing water in both tubs the entire stay. Toilets not great. Bathroom floors also. Needs remodeling and most def a new couch!!”

“Unfortunately, this particular unit was a disappointment on multiple levels. Upon arrival, the floors were dirty and the countertops felt grimy. The condo itself is in need of several cosmetic updates. The furniture was small, outdated, and flimsy—one living room chair even had a cracked leg, and the couch was clearly worn out. The TVs were outdated. The master bedroom bed was extremely stiff and felt poorly maintained. On the balcony, the furniture had chipped paint and rust-stained cushions, making it unpleasant to use. In the master bathroom, drawers had been hastily painted over, with paint already peeling. Amenities were minimal at best. We were provided only two and a half rolls of toilet paper for five people for an entire week, along with a single detergent packet. Basic supplies like these go a long way in making guests feel welcomed, and their absence was noticeable. Needs a deep clean from top to bottom. The owner chose collecting fees over investing in its clients.”

“Family trip 2 adults, 2 kids. Pros: Great location. A few shops and restaurants within walking. Close to grocery stores, we like to cook, but did go to a few local restaurants for lunch. Fishing from pier was better than the fishing excursion. Cons: Difficult table to eat dinner with young children. Mattress on sleeper sofa is thin as a sheet and needs immediate upgrade or you will sleep on the bars. The coushins on the wicker chairs in living room need replaced. When in during the evening we sat on the beds, not using the living room furniture, being so uncomfortable. Security was a nuisance. Being in our 30s and 40s and having our Stanleys by us at pool side, security made sure to come tell us to put them by our lounge chairs. Also, when laying on the lounge chairs listening to music (our small pool side radio) security told us to turn the volume down that people were complaining, even though the kids in the pool were much louder. Our family will not be returning to PCB.”
