“The worst airbnb experience I’ve ever had. We were made to wait 50 minutes after arrival because they weren’t done cleaning. Then, when we went inside, stains on the couch and rug. Floor was dirty (crumbs and such). The pool was green and freezing (despite us paying $200 for heating). The stair railing at the top broke TWICE during our stay. The slides were coming out of the walls. But the worst part isn’t the fact that some things could’ve been overlooked, it’s the fact that there was zero communication. They kept saying they’d contact the property manager and “let us know” to fix things. Or would make appointments like “the pool cleaner will be there tomorrow morning” and then no one would show up. It was the biggest waste of money. If I’d been able to cancel and stay anywhere else, I would have. Had to pay $300 for a cabana to celebrate my kids bday there since we couldn’t use the pool and then THAT closed.”

“Our stay was awesome. Only a few hiccups. We were only given like 10 face towels for a 3 night stay with 24 people. Host responded quickly and had more towels delivered but still no face towels. Only hand towels and big dry towels. One of the kids laid on one of the princess beds and it immediately fell in the corner. My husband was able to fix it back for it to be slept on. Last night if stay the refrigerator started leak and the water didn’t get as hot as it had been all weekend. Overall though the stay was great. We’re a go with the flow type of family so little things like that does not ruin our vacation. Location was not too far from theme parks however plan for traffic!!!! No traffic close by the neighborhood but definitely a lot of traffic the closer you get to the parks. I would love to book with this host again and I would also recommend to others.”

“Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our Disney trip. The house was clean, and since we spent most of our time at the parks, the issues we encountered didn’t have a big impact on our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool after long days at Disney. A few things future guests should know: two of the arcade games and the massage chair were not working during our stay. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the house, this may be disappointing. The landscaping could also use some attention. The bushes by the front entrance were overgrown, so after it rained we had to walk through wet branches to get inside. Also, the drive to Disney was closer to 40 minutes than we expected. Overall, it met our needs as a clean place to sleep and relax, but the listing could be more accurate regarding the amenities.”
