“The home needs a lot of attention. There were several pieces of furniture that needed to be fixed and repaired. My son who is only 10 went through the outside chair and you could not sit on any of the ones around the table outside or inside as they were all loose. The twin beds were also very loose and about to fall down. Maintenance did come and fix all of that so we had something to sit in. The sofa couch the mattress is missing so it is very wobbly. The pavers around the pool are broken and a lot of missing tiles. There were live roaches every day we were there inside the home. There was blood slung on the bathroom walls behind the toilet. There is dust caked on all of the fans and in one of the secondary bedrooms it looks like someone had their feet all over the walls. The home needs new furniture paint, and the pool needs a lot of attention as well as outdoor furniture. they did send someone out to mop the floors twice as our feet were black upon arrival.”
