“Unit 114 is perfect. It came stocked well, linens, kitchen utensils, and the patio even had some beach chairs and toys. The pool is steps away and the beach access is maybe 50 yards away. Another great aspect was that there was no noticeable noise from the upstairs neighbors. We would highly recommend your next beach stay here and would gladly come back ourselves. The hosts were also responsive and friendly through the app messaging. 5 stars all day.”

And being able to just literally walk across the street in the morning for beach walks or to enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes or a wonderfol fish dinner from Cafe on the Beach and then different-every-night sunsets and music in the background just instills a sense of well-being and gratefulness! “This place was absolute perfection for myself and family members!! The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, and had pool toys as well as a wagon and beach umbrella and chairs (and beach towels) to take across the street to the beach! It was secure and safe and we were able to get into the unit over an hour before our original arrival time which was great since our flight was early. The Publix grocery store is extremely close, as are pharmacies and restaurants and the Manatee Beach and cafe. We love Holmes Beach and have been here off and on for decades and this was probably our very favorite place of them all! The pool was well heated and beautiful and the wall around the area was wonderful for privacy and even the noise of the busy intersection. The unit is quiet inside and we are were not bothered by the very busy spring break traffic at all! We loved our stay there and would love to be able to return there!”

“After reading the other reviews we were pretty confident that this place would meet our needs and it did. One thing that stood out to me may be minor to others….I really appreciated the starter supplies that the hosts left for us. We have rented other places and arrived to not a single roll of TP or paper towels. It isn’t always easy or possible to run to the store for supplies when you arrive, so we thoroughly appreciated that we could get through the evening / night without making a trip out of those basis. Thank you so much for being so considerate!!!”
